Hey! So I feel like the title speaks for itself here haha but yes, I spent a week in a psychiatric hospital and luckily I had a great experience. I wanted to use this platform to debunk some assumptions or myths about the treatment process. I also catch up with you guys and talk about a few other things I've been dealing with and feeling.
