That is how a broken nation operates. Nobody cares about the infrastructure, nobody cares about enforcing the law, nobody cares about truly assisting those in need, nobody cares about the structural reasons that such dangerous and deadly incidents occur every now and then. Some are aggressive, and hunting is the only thing most media outlets can offer. The real question is how this affects the political process in that country.
