After surviving the 45 day week after the elections, the girls are ready to rise up and go after neighborhood nuisances. Armed with flamingo wine and anger issues, they have had it with the general idea of being rude.

Jessi's mom pushes her to cover Jakeob McKnight, a 10 year old boy who was murdered in 1991, and while all signs point to the vile repeat offender, John Chinn, this one remains unsolved.
