In the interest of making money, these media outlets will sensationalize stories and amplify negativity, which is what keeps eyeballs and therefore ad revenue.
So I made a news podcast that can distill out the important stories. If I want to learn more, I can look them up later.
Every day, GPT-4-Turbo will pick out 3 news stories: one it deems the most important, one it deems the most important to the average Californian, one that it thinks would be the most interesting in the realm of science, technology, and economics.
