- The first Tuesday of each month brings a visit from a Hall of Famer and the good Doctor of the BBQ world, Ray Lampe.  Tonight Ray and I field questions that YOU sent us, we recap Ray's Thanksgiving and we look forward to Christmas ahead!

 

- Connie Rempe, my Mommy, joins me for another edition of "Connie's Recipe Corner"!!  Tonight we recap our Thanksgiving (we spent together) and really break down what happened the day after the big event.  The "successful" fried stuffing balls...and then the "unsuccessful" fried mashed potato balls.

 

- Partner to the show, pitmaster of Big Poppa Smokers and creator of The King Of The SMoker event, Sterling Ball, joins me.  We will run up to the 2014 KOTS competition that takes place in just over a week's time.  Sterling will recap how it came to be, how it has grown over its lifespan and what he looks to accomplish during the event.
