Christmas can be a really busy time of the year. There's decorating, shopping (and more shopping!), office parties, baking cookies, cleaning, family gatherings, and holiday travel-to name a few. Add in the family, financial, and emotional stress that often comes with the season, and it all can start to feel overwhelming.

Sometimes it feels like your calendar is full, but your soul is empty.
