"The Office" producer Justin Spritzer returns with another workplace comedy, this time forsaking a desk-bound environment for the world of retail. The giant megastore where Amy works is staffed by employees with a wide range of time served under their company-issued smocks, from summer hires to committed-for-life managers. Together they all must face the daily grind of bargain hunters, the madness of door-busting sales and painfully boring training sessions, forging relationships along the way.

America Ferrera as Amy Dubanowski, a Cloud 9 employee of ten years who worked as an associate, then floor supervisor, then assistant manager Ben Feldman as Jonah, Cloud 9's newest associate. Lauren Ash as Dina Fox, Cloud 9's assistant store manager Colton Dunn as Garrett, a Cloud 9 associate who is paralyzed from the waist down. Nico Santos as Mateo Fernando Aquino Liwanag, a Filipino (mistaken as Mexican in Season 1, Episode 2) Cloud 9 associate.
