LUKE 9: Jesus Feeds 5000 and Cost of Following Jesus.

Jesus would have been considered a celebrity in our world today even though He did not seek out fame.   People love to seek out what is novel and those that everyone is talking about.  Jesus was changing lives not only through the miracles but by LOVING people where they were.  Especially those who were outcast or marginalized; those that were not considered “WORTHY” or “GOOD ENOUGH” by society’s standard.As Jesus’ fame grew people wanted to be part of the happening.    Jesus met needs.  When a large crowd was gathered as even came and they were remote, Jesus take 5 small loaves of bread and 2 small fish and feeds everyone until they were satisfied.  Jesus tells everyone what the cost of following Him is.
