I have said many times that you are the one who decides how your life is going to go.

Today in Canada is Thanksgiving and yes I know its a little premature for the USA and honestly I don't know how or even if other countries celebrate this. But I want to start by just wishing those out there Happy ThanksGiving from your fellow Canadian

Often times there has to be a specific date for people to celebrate or remember or think about certain times in their lives. Many times it is good to just focus on this once a year

But being thankful is something that I feel people should do everyday and today I wanted to talk to you about the importance why and also so little tricks that you can use to stay in that thankful emotion.
