This week's episode has a very special place in my heart. I've got a massive life update that I'll share with you at the beginning of the episode that leads beautifully into this week's topic of deciding ahead of time. There are always going to be things we don't want to do, places we don't want to go and/or experiences that make us feel uncomfortable. We don't have 100% power over that. What we DO have complete power over- is how we decide to experience those moments and circumstances in life. This week, I'll teach you how to make the intentional decision of how you're going to experience any circumstance you are in, no matter what. I'll walk you through which questions to ask to set yourself up for success and I'll give you a way to redirect, should stuff start to hit the fan (as it tends to do when we make new/big decisions).
