This includes asking yourself the important questions and finding exactly what sets your soul on fire. Latricia also discusses the need to evaluate your skill set, as well as your strengths and weaknesses, to determine what job fits you.  We also evaluate how to have hard conversations by remembering that “clear is kind”.

Latricia is the Founder of Bostic's Consulting. She began her career in Human Resources as a Headhunter in 2004, and is currently an HR Director for a personal injury law firm. 

Latricia has spent most of her career in oil and gas, energy, legal, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and production industries. She has experience in starting up and streamlining an entire human resources operations, in order for employers to be compliant.
