Bob, Lou and Walt are back with episode 4.1 "Who should make the decision?".  In this episode we discuss decision making and who should be making the decision.  Different types of decisions require different involvement in the decision-making process.  Is this a decision that one person, in authority, gets the info he/she needs and makes the decision (authoritative).  Is this decision one where a group(s) actively participates in the decision-making process, but one individual again makes the decision (consultative).
