If I [decision], then people will [need], so I can finally [value].
Needs (The Fuel)
Approval — to be liked and validated.
Significance — to be seen as exceptional and impactful.
Acceptance — to belong to a trusted in‑group.
Pity — to be cared for or excused; hardship recognised.
Strength (Power) — to be untouchable, capable, in control.
Intelligence — to be seen as highly capable and smart.
Decision Pillars (The GPS to "arrive at" Values)
Decision Pillars are the GPS directing the next move.
Deviance — breaks norms; prefers the opposite of what’s expected.
Novelty — seeks change, stimulation, and “new.”
Social — prioritises people, harmony, and relational impact.
Conformity — follows rules, standards, and consensus.
Investment — protects prior effort; weighs ROI and sunk costs.
Necessity — acts on urgency; “what must happen now.”
Values
Values are the “dream”—the future version of what was never there.
Connection — deep bonds, trust, steady belonging.
Information — clarity, certainty, understanding.
Recognition — to be seen, valued, acknowledged.
Experiences — novelty, vivid, memorable living.
Freedom — autonomy, options, independence.
Growth — improvement, mastery, evolution.
