Needs (The Fuel)

Approval — to be liked and validated.

Significance — to be seen as exceptional and impactful.

Acceptance — to belong to a trusted in‑group.

Pity — to be cared for or excused; hardship recognised.

Strength (Power) — to be untouchable, capable, in control.

Intelligence — to be seen as highly capable and smart.

Decision Pillars (The GPS to "arrive at" Values)

Decision Pillars are the GPS directing the next move.

Deviance — breaks norms; prefers the opposite of what’s expected.

Novelty — seeks change, stimulation, and “new.”

Social — prioritises people, harmony, and relational impact.

Conformity — follows rules, standards, and consensus.

Investment — protects prior effort; weighs ROI and sunk costs.

Necessity — acts on urgency; “what must happen now.”

Values

Values are the “dream”—the future version of what was never there.

Connection — deep bonds, trust, steady belonging.

Information — clarity, certainty, understanding.

Recognition — to be seen, valued, acknowledged.

Experiences — novelty, vivid, memorable living.

Freedom — autonomy, options, independence.

Growth — improvement, mastery, evolution.
