In 2014, he traded the boardroom for the startup world to bridge the 'digitization gap' in the hiring industry. Today, he is the Founder and CEO of Allsorter, an AI-driven platform that has revolutionized how the world’s largest staffing firms handle their most valuable asset: candidate data. 

He’s also a key voice in the European AI Alliance, championing the push for ethical, bias-free hiring.
