To be honest it has been a very emotional week for me. Since, I know that I am not alone. I am sharing a list of emotional declarations that will help both you and me. Here’s to feeling better and declaring our healing. Feel free to share the podcast with a friend who is currently going through some emotional distress.



Tips:

✨I suggest repeating each declaration daily either aloud or in your mind.

✨Read them early in the morning or before bed.

✨The more you become with each declarations the easier it becomes.

✨Take care of your physical and mental health by eating nutritious foods, exercise regularly, and getting enough sleep.
