In this three part series, we will be looking at three prayers the apostle Paul prayed over two specific churches-the church in Colossae and the church in Ephesus. The most amazing news regarding these prayers is the fact that they have applied to the universal church from the day they were written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. There is no such thing as the early church and the late church, the church is, and always has been, the body of Christ on the earth, period. Be encouraged as you listen and hear God’s desire for his people through these prayers and take opportunity to apply these prayers in your own life. When it comes to God’s word concerning the church, renew your mind to it, set yourself in agreement with it, and boldly declare it!
