This message continues considering the affect on each generation that has become increasingly ignorant of Gods wondrous works.
Nearly everyone appreciates a magnificent sunrise or sunset or the abundant beauty of a perfect spring day in its colorful splendor. We are impressed with the beauty of the first soft blanket of snow that changes the ordinary into the extraordinary. We get soft warm feelings at holding a new born baby, especially our own, or grandchild. We thoroughly enjoy the flavors in our favorite meals but how often are we impressed with the unimaginable genius and design involved in the ability to create these things. To go just one step further, has the thought ever occurred in our minds to be grateful for whose air we breathe?
We each occupy just a short moment in the fabric of eternity and fail to realize that everything we have experienced is due to God having created it for his own pleasure. He has provided us with a share just like children that are born into a very rich family. They can’t appreciate the abundance of their surroundings or who is responsible for it because their knowledge and perspectives are limited.
This series of messages that focus on Our Timeless Creator provide a view of our existence that allows us to truly appreciate who God is and not just for what he can do for us.
Salient Points: Alpha and Omega yet timeless, Unsearchable greatness, Unlike us, Praying for God’s benefit, The fourth day, A fuel of fire, Powering the Universe, UFOs, Everything is moving, What generations have left out, Putting God in a box, The glory in the heavens, Visiting God, Separating God from His creation, God no longer welcome in the schools, The shame of Christian parents.
Scripture: Ps. 145:1-4, Ps. 147:1-5
