Dr. Colter Chitwood grew up hunting, fishing, and exploring the woods and waters of northwest Georgia. Years later, his wildlife ecology career has taken him across the U.S., from graduate degrees in North Carolina to postdoctoral positions in Missouri and Montana. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of Forest Wildlife Ecology and Management at Oklahoma State University, where his research focuses primarily on population ecology, predator-prey dynamics, and forest habitat management for game species.
