This month I chose to highlight one of my favorite record labels, the legendary, MPS Records, of Germany.

These songs are some of my favorites and showcase the depth of material the label released at it’s heights in the early-to-mid 70s; on one hand they release the big band sounds of Kenny Clarke & Francy Boland, all the way to the psychedelic jazz-rock offerings of Dave Pike Set guitarist, Volker Kriegel. #straightwaxhomie
