The National Reference for Handisub, in cooperation with the commission on cave diving for FFESSM, organized the first ever discovery cave dive for divers with disabilities. Listen as Andrew recounts this unique experience.

In this bonus episode, Andrew recounts his first dives in the ocean on his first trip with Handisub divers and their instructors. He shares with us his experience as he explores the underwater  landscape with first touch and then by sound with the help of highly certified Handisub guides. He learns first how to recognize different types of coral, sea sponge and other marine plants, but quickly progresses to being able to listen to fish and even determine in which direction the fish are located.

In the last episode, episode 2, we talked about Diveheart and their proprietary approach to adaptive scuba training. In this episode, we give an overview of Handisub, which is the organization  that provides adaptive scuba training to those with disabilities in France. Listen as we reveal which activity for which Handisub provides training that the other organizations do not.
