Join Julie as she talks about a new term this week! Container is a practice to strategically let something wait for now. It is knowing our limitations so that we don't do too much too fast and re-traumatize ourselves. There are lots of practical things that can serve as a container, but also some more creative ways for hard things to be held -- in time, spaces, and in trusted safe people who walk with us. Give your nervous system some support as you use container to give yourself some extra room to breathe.
