Lisa is for sure in my top 3 favorite sisters of all time. I love her with my whole heart, and here we get to meet her first child, my nephew, Liam.

We talk through her experience with pregnancy, particularly highlighting how intentional she was to advocate for her values as a mother bringing life into this world. This relationship with her-Self began far before pregnancy, and ultimately I believe is the answer to our failure as a medical system to mitigate chronic disease.
