In this week's episdode, I take a deep dive into sign-and-trade transactions and how last year's influx of sign-and-trades can be repeated this offseason. I look at the most likely candidates to be involved in a sign-and-trade transaction and provide five examples of mock sign-and-trade transaction that could provide you, the listener, with an idea of what one of these transactions can look like this upcoming offseason.
