In 1993, in Liverpool, England, a chilling crime unfolded, one that would etch itself into the collective memory and leave scars forever. Two 10-year-old children were responsible for a barbaric crime against another child, just two years old. This case was shocking from beginning to end because even after those responsible were identified, the population did not agree with the sentence given to them. The two children were taken to court in 1993 and tried as adults, however as soon as they turned 18 a new wave of revolt took over the population because everything indicated that they would be free. Today's case is about the cruel murder of James Bulger.
