On Capitol Hill this afternoon, lawmakers are discussing a massive omnibus bill that could have several implications on the future of elections here in Utah. Senate Bill 194 is being sponsored by State Senator Mike McKell, and it contains more than 150 pages of amendments and proposals for several parts of Utah's elections process.
