Schools and universities are funded by the State, by industry, by financiers, by Big Pharma, by agribusiness, etc. Whoever pays calls the shots. Do you really believe that the content taught to students would be the same if it were not under the constraint of the financial interests of those who pay, of those who subsidise the education sector? Teachers by vocation no longer have the freedom to teach according to their convictions; they follow the State curriculum, the curriculum imposed by those who finance them. And since everything takes place under the cover of concealed financial flows, no one really knows who is pulling the strings. No one knows whom schools and universities really work for, but one thing is certain: they work for those who pay them, not for their students.

Once third-party oversight of all financial flows is imposed by the constitution, as described in the book "2024" by Pascal T. Borel, we will immediately know whom the education sector obeys. Once citizens’ third-party oversight is imposed, we will prevent financiers from taking control of education. Once citizens’ third-party oversight becomes the norm, all actors in education will be held accountable in their respective roles. Teachers will once again be responsible for educational programmes free from State and financial constraints; financiers will no longer be able to conceal the influence they have established over what they want to implant in the minds of new generations. Had citizens’ third-party oversight been the norm in the social field that determines the success or failure of our human organisations—education—its takeover by the State and private financial interests would have been impossible.
