Close your eyes and breathe in.Step 1: Imagine you are walking into a deep, green forest. The air is cool, crisp, and smells of fresh earth and moss.
Step 2: Listen to the first drops. A gentle rain begins to fall, tapping softly against the leaves above you like a quiet lullaby.
Step 3: Find your shelter. You sit down beneath the canopy of a massive oak tree, completely dry, safe, and protected from the world outside.
Step 4: Let go of the weight. With every slow exhale, imagine your stress melting into the damp forest floor beneath you.
Step 5: Drift away. Just listen to the distant birds and the steady rhythm of the rain, letting yourself melt into the stillness of the woods.
