From Thursday March 19, to Monday March 23rd, our sun transits Gate 25, Universal Love. This gift of Loving Spirit and Acceptance carries the shadow of Constriction. It is what happens when we forget our natural capacity to Love everyone and everything. It draws us deep into our fears, like a trap that, when leaned into, continues an inward spiral of fear and fear-based thinking that gets more and more constricting. This feeling can be totally paralyzing, and you know it this shadow by those who are paralyzed by forgetting their true nature is Love. It literally can kill a human being, this shadow. But there is an instant way out of this hell. Accessing the now in our body. We can can know the boundless nature of Universal Love in loving and living our lives without ulterior motives, being present and open to what actually is happening in this moment, adjusting to how things are turning out, being blameless by being true to oneself, being healthy in body AND spirit, and finally accepting that knowledge and “understanding” is ultimately narrowing, and limited, compared to our spiritual, heart centered knowing. This is the Innocent nature of our Universal Love present in each person’s inner most nature. In this episode I give you the key to escaping the shadow here, and meditations to presence your innermost gift of Acceptance to call upon your capacity for Universal Love in these coming days.
