Oscar is a professional speaker, host of Apple award-winning podcast: Deep Listening, and the author of Deep Listening: Impact Beyond Words. Oscar also has over 30 years of experience working across general management, sales, marketing, and operations for companies such as Professional Advantage, PeopleSoft, Vodafone, Microsoft, and Polycom. He is head of the Coaching Faculty of the Marketing Academy Australia, a non-profit organization aimed at developing leadership capabilities. Oscar lives in Sydney, Australia.
