Palesa Moletsane aka Black Lotus is a mother, an overall music fanatic and 1/2 of Hint of Mahogany, a DJ duo established in 2020 with Sumthin Black. 

Black Lotus is a beat junkie and plays around with sounds like Hip-Hop, RnB, Beats/Beatstrumentals with a heavy Neo-Soul and Jazz influence, although choosing not to box herself in terms of playing a specific genre of music.
