Just when you think it can’t be crazier or worse, the judge overseeing the Flynn case goes one step crazier. First, Judge Emmett Sullivan erred in asking for amicus briefs. Second, Judge Sullivan showed his hand when he selected an anti-Trump partisan to file an amicus brief and explore the possibility of a perjury charge. We are witnessing an abuse of power by Judge Emmett Sullivan against General Flynn. This must stop.
