In the final days of Barack Hussein Obama’s time in the West Wing, he made changes to the manner in which intelligence was secured and shared from FISA surveillance operations. He expanded the scope of gathering and “unmasking” information gleaned from surveillance, enabling his political operatives to weaponize this information for political purposes. Between January 2016 through his last day in office, unmasking of U.S. citizens increased by 320%.  In his final days, he enabled the fruits of this activity to be shared from 3 to 17 agencies, thus allowing political, non-intelligence operatives such as Samantha Power access to this highly sensitive information.

Following the election victory of Donald Trump, John Brennan, Susan Rice, Ben Rhodes and others were unleased to construct the architecture of destruction we are seeing today.
