Deep Therapy with Avistra

A reflection of what resonates in the moment.

Built from a collection of music carefully curated over time, each state begins without a predetermined path. No rehearsed track order. No destination. Just instinct, movement, and trust in where the music wants to go.

This first state moves through deep, atmospheric spaces with an energy that gradually finds its way to the surface.

Carefully curated. Completely unplanned.

A moment in sound, captured as it was.

THE CHRONICLES — CHAPTER 1: AVISTRA'S PLEA

A transmission from the dojo. 🥷

Recorded at Sonic Spectrum, AVISTRA's Plea marks the first chapter of The Chronicles — a series built around the part of DJing that has always mattered most to me: selection, flow, instinct, and storytelling.

A study in selection, movement, and musical storytelling. Built on instinct and the art of the blend.

A carefully selected journey allowed to unfold naturally — moving through atmosphere, rhythm, and energy without being confined to a single sound.

Much love to Sonic Spectrum for creating the space, the concept, and the visual world surrounding this session, and for giving me the opportunity to add my own chapter to it.

Turn it up, settle into the journey, and step into the dojo. 🎶🥷

Flow Sessions 001

Recorded at Quarter Drop Studios during a night of heightened focus and creative momentum.

A continuous arc of deep, organic, and Afro-influenced rhythms—driven, percussive, and alive.

This mix carries forward motion without rushing it. Grooves interlock, energy builds in waves, and momentum is sustained rather than forced.

Made for movement, late-night focus, and letting the body lead while the mind stays open.

No chaos. No excess. Just forward flow.
