DEEPENING YOUR PASSION AND QUEST FOR GOD IN PRAYER.
The desire to choose the Lord should be a daily choice for us. It should never be relegated to the decision made yesterday. Every day allows us to decide where our allegiance will fall. We can either choose to follow the ways of the Lord or want to go the other way.
Heaven is bringing us to a place we've never been before .deeply in our passion and longing for God is the most important thing we can ever engage in this season. This is the day The Lord is calling us to become a people of his presence; becoming a person of his presence requires that we long for his face and pleasure in the place of prayer.
Becoming a people of glory demands we meditate on his word day and night, and we continually yield our hearts entirely to his will and purposes. Heaven is bringing us to a new reality, a place of truth, and a place of his divine wisdom. The wisdom and directives we receive in the pursue of his presence, importantly, through prayer and meditation carries the ability to change the world. The world is waiting for a person what carriers of the presence of God.
Like David long for the presence of God, we should, likewise, long for the presence of God even more. Like Moses, we must long for the presence of God, like Daniel, in Babylon we must long for the presence of God, like Esther in the Palace of Shushan, we must long for the presence of God. The presence of God is the best asset we have as followers of Christ. As we enter this new day, this day of the Lord, we must be people of God's presence, the light on our inside can only begin to shine forth from the place of the increased presence of the Lord.
