In this episode, our man of God, Apostle Henry Agyeman continues the series “The School of Lovers Part 2”. This time the focus is on the Ecclesia - the Church.

We explore the two dimensions of the Ecclesia: the people and the institution. Through this teaching, we come to understand that the Ecclesia is the bride of Christ. Just as the bride and the groom are one, Christ and His Church are one. Because of this, we must carefully examine how we treat the Ecclesia, since our relationship with it reflects our relationship with Christ.

Another central truth we learn is that love is a command but it is not meant to remain only a command. God’s intention is for love to move from being something we are told to do, to something we become.

If God is love, and our desire is to become like Him, then our lives must be filled with love, because loving is not only an action, it is the very nature of God. Our journey is therefore to grow until love is no longer just obedience to a command, but our true identity.
