I heard this said by Melody Alisa in a recent video she uploaded on YouTube, "The thing you're worried about, have you prayed about it?" It was such a revelation to me because despite Philippians 4:6 existing, I hardly prayed about the thing that I was anxious about. So, in my anxiety and fear I was choosing not to have faith and trust God. God made me realize that part of letting go is simply telling God about your worry. Through this episode, I hope you can learn how to let go of your worry, place it in God's hands, and trust God.
