It's been said that love means never saying 'no.' But never saying 'no' is like not having a good wall around your heart—anyone can come in and plunder your time and energy. Having good boundaries and saying 'no' when you mean it, as well as saying 'yes' when you mean it, is a good way to love. But it takes practice.
