Birth tourism is an issue that sparks heated debate over whether the current system is being abused.  New research into Birthright Citizenship shows most Canadians, almost two-thirds, feel that in its current state, birthright tourism goes a little too far.

A secret report by FINTRAC says the agency is unable to reliably determine just how bad the money laundering problem is in this country...even after 20 years of analysis.  The estimates range between $5 to $40-billion dollars. Should Canadians be concerned about the flaws in our legislation, criminal courts and other authorities trying to make headway on the issue.

The war on drugs on the surface seems to be a thing of the past in Vancouver. Even before Marijuana legalization was put into place, the number of reported drug crimes was dropping.  However, it seems that on the streets, legal advocates and drug users are reporting a different story.
