Dr. Hogberg was a DC Correspondent for Investor's Business Daily, specializing in health care & Medicare.  Prior, he worked as a policy analyst studying health care & other issues for  think tanks, including the Nat'l Center for Public Policy Research & Rep. Jeff Fortenberry.

He holds a Ph.D. in political science, University of Iowa. He is working on a book entitled Medicare's Victims: How The U.S. Government's Largest Health Care System Harms Patients And Impairs Physicians.
