Members of the Restoration Group run into trouble trying to settle their new nation in South America.  The launch of Kyros and a nuclear event in the Middle East provide a smokescreen allowing members to escape.

Soon after arriving in Villarrica, the West launches the Quantum Flex - a powerful quantum-based cyber attack - against a long list of enemies.  Villarrica throws a surprise counter punch.
