The purpose of thinking is to make the known unknown and the unknown known.

For the slower kids in the back: We all are wrong about many things, and when we are wrong the things we think we know that are wrong are actually unknown things... to us, we just don't know it yet. If you slow down and think, you might achieve great wisdom in realizing that the known may be unknown. The bonus of thinking is that we learn things, so the unknown becomes known.

Make the known unknown and the unknown known.. It's not some esoteric ancient Chinese secret.. it's just common sense.

Also, it's so simple to not feed the monster, cut the strings and walk away.
