In essence, ClearDAO is an object-oriented protocol for open derivatives, which enables users to control risk rationally and effectively.
Instead of exchange-traded products, ClearDAO is offering customized products.
Instead of focusing on building one exchange, it is focusing on building the infrastructure that allows for multiple exchanges to build on top of it.
It aims to create a derivatives ecosystem, allowing users to freely assume the seller or buyer position and to easily create any financial derivatives with a controllable risk profile.
CLH is the ClearDAO token, and it is geared towards governance, enabling holders to vote on proposals and submit recommendations.
Users of the ecosystem will pay for trading fees using CLH as well as receive payouts. Besides using the token for governance purposes, the token can also be staked for yields. ClearDAO is also looking to add more utilities to the tokens in the future.
In terms of token allocations, 25% goes to the team and investors, 25% goes to contributors, and 50% goes back to the community (20% of which is for Liquidity and Trading Rewards).
