Dahn Dior Ballard an actor, relationship coach, inspired speaker advocate, and writer of the popular blog, "The Yummy Factor by Dior" where she passionately shared her wisdom and wit on relationships and all things motherhood. 

Dahn's tumultuous and nomadic childhood is scattered with stints of homelessness, abuse, and food scarcity, as well as a lifelong strain with her mother who passed away in December 2020.
