The idea of beauty is ancient and has taken on various guises though civilisations, time, cultures and spaces.

It is something that has defined women no matter what part of the world you are in and can sometimes be a trigger - but I want to dive into what beauty is and is not & why it is an asset not a liability to modern, conscious & empowered women!
