This was the second involved meeting with my branding expert. We discovered that I'm not coming across as the caring, compassionate person my patients are looking for and we discussed a few ways to achieve this new persona online.

We talked about positioning myself in light of the current competition and how to come across as someone who can have a sustainable brand while having the meaningful connections with my patients that I care about.
