Defining Woo Woo Words

Chakras, alignment, and grounding oh my! What the heck do all the words mean anyway? Yea, we had no idea what they meant when we entered this world either. So to make your lives easier, we decided to hack and define some of the most used words in The High Vibe world. 

Intro:

Vibes/Frequency: When you feel a lower vibration than the state you are currently in, you will notice the energetic shift. 

Intuition: The knowing without knowing. But what is intuition exactly? Is it God? Higher Self? Source? We all have different ways we feel our intuition. Intuition is a knowing without conscious reasoning. 

Alignment/Being in Flow: the idea of being in a straight line. When we are aligned when source/energy begins to flow we are in the prime position to receive what’s coming to you.

Chakra: are essentially seven wheels of spinning energy. There are seven major chakras; root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Chakras can be blocked, overactive, or cleared and activated. 

Clearing: moving through stagnant energy. The best way to clear energy is to feel it. Part of clearing is feeling. Victoria feels that pooping is the perfect metaphor for clearing. 

Shadow: anywhere light isn’t. A shadow can be a strength and a weakness.

Integrating: taking two separate pieces and making them one. 

Purging: There is a purging that takes place with the integration that can feel like we are going backwards. When our brain is changing belief systems 

Ego: The ego is the gatekeeper. The ego’s job is to run the program is has been coded to run. 

Intention: We are constantly setting intentions. Intentions are like magic spells. We can have conscious and subconscious intentions. 

Consciousness: simply put, it’s awareness. 

Manifestation: brining into the 3D what we have been co-creating in other dimensions. We are constantly creating our reality with our mind and intentions. 

Law of Attraction: Like attracts like. 

Grounding: the act of getting back into your body. Connecting our root chakra to the earth. 

Outro:

We are again joined by Caleb as he helps Victoria strengthened her metaphor about the Ego being like a computer. Ego=CPU. Her Mercury in Capricorn was clearly taking over.
