We're finally back on Youtube after weeks of practicing social distancing! In this episode we go in depth about our version of defunding and restructuring the police department as a whole. The Police Department has a fatal flaw when it comes to hiring, training, and policing. It's almost as if they don't make any bad hires especially when people are being killed for non-violent situations.   Should they adopt the Military's ASVAB?
