Maybe us as Citizens of Planet Earth need to take a step back and see our selves as the United Countries of Earth. Balancing the Power between State-Countrys or something. Is that how Citystates came about? Seems like it would be a similar Social Dilemma. Stay Divided and Strong...Conquer whatever it may be that lies ahead. Ai? Who knows? At some point, it seems we will need to teach the entire World (conscious and unconscious) about democracy. The evil may not be so evil...just ignorant.
