In the Arena host, Brad Rieger joins Deidra Lashley, Executive Director of the Bethany House in Toledo, Ohio.

A high school mission trip to Haiti was a defining moment for Deidra Lashley. The service work that she and her classmates did in impoverished Haiti was a life-changing experience that pointed her in the career path direction of helping people in dire circumstances. As executive director of the Bethany House, a long-term transitional domestic violence shelter, Deidra’s purpose-driven leadership brings healing and hope to survivors as they strive to rebuild their lives.
