Dr. Martin & Ethel Cohen had been married for close to 30 years, they were enjoying a relaxing night in front of television in their bare feet in the 7 month old rented town home in Hockessin, Delaware ! A Saturday night tradition for the couple ! Their beloved   24 yr  only old son Charlie was upstairs listening to music as always but, they felt blessed that Charlie a University of Delaware Art Student at the time,   had agreed to move from Illinois to Hockessin, Delaware with them ,  7 months ago !! They felt safe and content in their new home and happy to be celebrating  the holidays soon !! Little did they know or have any inclination the evil lurking in their own home would their demise very soon that night !!
